The Kaleidoscope network has ended with a successful Symposium and
review. The Symposium, in Berlin, attracted over 250 participants. The LSRI
contributed to a session on mobile learning, and Ralph Barthel gave a first
demonstration of his TITLE system. Negotiations are
now underway to form a European TEL Association.
